Actively seeking Service Technicians

Full-time HVAC & Plumbing positions:

Responsibilities
  • • Perform residential plumbing and HVAC service, repairs, and maintenance
  • • Diagnose issues, recommend solutions, and complete quality repairs
  • • Communicate with customers in a professional and courteous manner
  • • Utilize Service Fusion software on a tablet to track work orders, service history, and billing details
  • • Safely operate and maintain hand tools and equipment
  • • Drive company vehicle to service calls and maintain a clean driving record
Requirements
  • • Minimum of 5 years of residential service experience (plumbing and/or HVAC)
  • • Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
  • • Proficiency with hand tools and equipment
  • • Comfortable using a tablet and service software (Service
  • • Fusion experience a plus)
  • • Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail
  • • Excellent communication and customer service skills
Compensation & Benefits

Press Mechanical Contractors, Inc. is seeking a qualified Senior Project Manager and Procurement

Job Duties
  • Senior Project Manager and Procurement is needed in Manassas, VA to manage procurement
    and project execution for HVAC and plumbing construction projects.
Responsibilities
  • • Responsibilities include coordinating subcontractors and suppliers,
  • • Sourcing and evaluating vendors,
  • • Negotiating contracts and pricing,
  • • Overseeing project schedules and budgets,
  • • Conducting risk assessments,
  • • Performing site inspections, and
  • • Ensuring compliance with local codes and safety regulations.
  • • The position will also support the full procurement lifecycle—from purchase orders to supplier performance tracking—and utilize analytical tools to optimize supply chain processes.
Requirements
  • • Must have a Master’s Degree (or foreign equivalent) in Management, with emphasis in Business Analytics
  • • Supply Chain or Engineering (any) with one (1) year of experience as a Project Manager or Civil Engineer.
  • • One (1) year of experience must be in AutoCAD.
  • • In the alternative, we will accept a Bachelor’s degree in Management, with emphasis in Business Analytics
  • • Supply Chain or Engineering (any) or a related field, with six (6) years of progressive experience in project management, civil engineering or construction.
  • • Two (2) years of the six (6) years of progressive experience must include experience with AutoCAD.
  • •  Travel within DC, Maryland and Virginia to client sites is required, approx. 20% of the time.
  • • We will accept any suitable combination of education, training, and experience.
  • • All experience may be acquired concurrently.
